I have the Tile Life 360 & with a new 3…
I have the Tile Life 360 & with a new 3 volt Energizer CR 2032 it can barely find my iPhone 17 phone at 5 feet. Anymore I use my wife's iPhone 17 to locate my iPhone. I have better luck finding my keys with Apple air tags. Tile charges $25 apiece for these worthless items. And yes my Bluetooth is connected to Tile. Sometimes. It is terrible for staying Bluetooth connected.

Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid,
If you're reading this review before buying a Tile, my advice is simple: don't. There are better alternatives on the market. The biggest issue is reliability. Since the day I bought it, it has never worked consistently, and it's only become worse over time. Occasionally it works perfectly, but far too often it doesn't ring when I try to locate my keys or wallet. Other times it will chirp for one or two seconds and then stop. Frustratingly, it always seems to fail when I need it most. My second disappointment was the customer service. After reporting these issues, I was offered a 20% discount on another purchase. Considering this is already an expensive product that hasn't worked properly, I found that offer completely inadequate. Overall, the product has been unreliable, the customer service was disappointing, and I can't recommend Tile to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look at one of the competing products instead.

So sad that Tile is acquired by Life360
So unfortunate that Tile is acquired by Life360. Cannot active my Tile Mate. Doesn’t work. And support was useless and just wasted hours on this. I can see from all the other reviews that Life360 basically ruined Tile. Sad sad sad.

Why oh why have tile made people use the poor life 360. Tried to speak to a person. Impossible. Won't be purchasing any of their rubbish

POS garbage. Highly rcommend to stay away
Have been using tile tracker for about 5 years now. Today I'm officially giving it up and switching to samsung tracker. Tile sucks so bad. About 2 out of 3 times when I need to find a device it only gives an option of "notify when found" Find option not enabled. According to them it's because it's out of range. However the last known location was like 10 mins ago and it says it's jn the house somewhere. Most if the time have to wait 5-10 mins until its "findable" again but by that time you're already running late. Many times I just forget it and borrow a family member car and worry about it later when I get home. Trust me. It totally sucks and not sure how they can remain in business with this POS product and charge what they charge. Use apple airbag or Samsung airbag if you use galaxy phones. If these options don't work for you then yes, you don't have many choices but expect POS performance from tile or life360. Honest Reviee
