⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience with my order of “vintage chore jackets”. The main issue is that the jackets I received were mostly modern Czech workwear and, in my opinion, should not have been described or sold as vintage chore jackets. The stock was simply not what I expected from the listing. I contacted the company about the issue and they initially offered an exchange/replacement solution. However, several weeks have now passed and the problem is still not resolved. After waiting over two weeks without any update, I sent another email. It has now been another 5 days and I still have not received a response. I understand that problems with wholesale orders can happen, but after several weeks I would expect some communication and a proper solution, especially after one had already been offered. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I am very disappointed with both the description of the stock as “vintage” and the customer service afterwards.

BEWARE - COMPANY FILED NOTICE TO APPOINT ADMINISTRATION
Had a terrible experience with this company who are continuing to trade under a CVA (company voluntary arrangement) prior to taking my order. Beware if you purchase from them - they won’t send your goods or goods of the correct type and / or quality and will ignore requests to resolve the issues. What concerns me particularly is the company’s financial position. The company entered into a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) which took effect on 31 March 2026, according to the Companies House documentation. My order was placed two months later, on 1 June 2026, while the company was continuing to trade. They have since filed notice to appoint administrators and according to companies house have debts in excess of a million pound. You will not receive your goods, and you will struggle to get your money back. Be warned.
