I joined a life time membership with…
I joined a life time membership with this company. Have not used it for a few years. Decided to go back on the program. But seem unable to get a reply from anyone. So maybe a life time membership is not that at all. Really disappointed I have now sorted this problem and gained access to what I needed. They no longer have an app. But I had received no information about this change. I am now back into the program. I need to be thank you for all your help.

Delicious meals and wonderful support.
Delicious meals and a wonderful group of women and coaches supporting one another. The recipes are delicious and varied - it doesn't feel like you should be losing weight! You're actually eating what your body needs! As opposed to following a fad (and probably scientifically unsound), weight loss 'agenda,' that are so rife right now. Anna has a masters in nutrition so you know you are not only eating the right, nurturing foods for your body, but you're getting a qualified nutritionalists formula along the way. It has made a huge difference to my life.

Changed my life!
Where do I start, so 2022 I was at a bad place i had eating condition bad relationship with food, terrible! Soon as jan 2023 begun id desided to do somthing about it i was struggling managing nothing else was working and even if it did i wasn't at all happy, then I brought myself some prep books a day later randomly scrolling on Facebook there it was "21 day reset" I thought omg is this to good to be true? Let's see if need to do this so I did! Wow the results my skin my mood my relationship with food just all change my life in 21 days the bloating weight loss just everyday everything about me become more and more brighter happier motivated! So I joined for life and it was the best thing ever I had a baby in 2024 so luckly I kept everything and always follow WLA and again lost neally 5 stone on baby weight in year nice slow steady pace feels amazing! If you think of joining do not hassitate just go for it the Facebook support is amazing everyone answers any questions you have no trouble! 2025 about to start another 21 day reset and im so excited it is nice because of th guides nice to have now and then😄 Ignore the bad reviews clearly some people eather do not know how the program works or people you just can not please, WLA saved my relationship with food I will be forever thankful❤️

One of the best investments Ive ever made for myself!
Fantastic company, giving wonderful support (including technical support if needed) It's refreshing to find a company that is headed up by an owner who is a qualified nutritionist and qualified to coach . Everyone on the team is qualified in their field so you know the advice you are getting is coming from a place of knowledge. Fair pricing with options to pay in installments too. Huge amount of resources available as part of the courses , from workbooks, live coaching Zooms / replays/ literally hundreds of recipes , swap lists and motivational videos too. Fantastic value . One of the best investments I've ever made in myself ! It will only let me put one date but I have now been with the WLA for eight months and have seen incredible results ❤️
