Light organic wool duvet
Light organic wool duvet. Exceptionally well made, includes pieces on corners to tie duvet to cover so it doesn't move. Soft, warm yet cooling. Very happy with this product. It arrived withing a couple of weeks of ordering which is great for me. Great service, tracking, followup. Duvet comes in cotton bag with handles do you can store when not in use

An excellent pillow
The pillow arrived within a week which was good as they said to expect a delay. I bought the pillow because I was experiencing neck pain and it has eased it. The first night I didn’t sleep well so I took out some of the wool and I now sleep much better with the neck pain almost gone after 10 days of use. The pillow is good quality, well made and you get a zip bag to store the excess wool in if you need to take any out. The wool plumps up nicely every morning. I would recommend this pillow as I tried lots of different ones of varying prices and none have been as good as this. I am sleeping so much bettter now so I’m delighted.

The topper was very flat
The topper was very flat. Decided to return it. Still waiting for the return process to finish so I can get a refund. Which has moved very slow. Which means I haven’t gotten my refund. Emails have been returned with encouragement, but no action yet.

Delivery and fulfilment issues
The company was very responsive to my emails. That said I was disappointed that due to a warehouse change my order was unable to be fulfilled in a timely manner. The original order was placed 1 August . By August 14 the items had still not arrived. As I was going on holiday I placed a hold for them to be delivered upon my return. Upon my return on Friday August 28 they were still having fulfilment issues and unable to confirm despatch and delivery date. I subsequently cancelled my order.

Lightweight duvet
Comfortable, light duvet, suitable for summer nights. Size good. Delivery swift. I have deducted a star for two reasons - while the filling is traceable, British wool, the duvet is constructed in Lithuania. Surely we have machinists capable of constructing a duvet in the UK? Also, I am a little disappointed in the quality of the exterior fabric. I have a heavier weight wool duvet purchased several years ago from one of your competitors which has a far superior external fabric casing.
