An ongoing dreadful experience HELP required ASAP
This is my second review of Think Money Bank who don't seem to be able to help me with finding the missing funds for the purchase of a property. The money has been sent again now directly to our solicitors but has not arrived as yet. The money was sent 3 days ago from a family friends Think Money account direct to our solicitors account but still hasn't arrived. The money was originally sent to my daughters fiancée over 3 weeks ago, it went missing for over a week then popped back into the senders account. I think this is now the 3rd or 4th attempt to transfer the funds. Please check all Google reviews of 1 star and you will see this is not an isolated problem, please can someone from Think Bank call me on my mobile and tell me what the problem is. The longer this goes on the more it is starting to feel like we are being ripped off. Over the last 3 weeks it would seem this money has left the account and then been returned 3 times with no explanation. Think Money rang me yesterday regarding my last review, please can someone from there with a more authority ring me again urgently. They have my details. Thankyou. If you have a Think Money account I suggest you check out my previous review and all other 1 star reviews on all the review sites.
