Absolute horrible experience for…
Absolute horrible experience for purchasing sealife London tickets from this website. I booked a slot that was clearly available from their website, paid for it. After about half an hour i get a WhatsApp message and an email telling me that the slot is booked so i can book the hour later slot. I immediately said that’s alright and i’ll go an hour later. After 10 minutes they replied that even the hour later one is sold so i can go even later. I said alright. Gladly i was in the area. I went to the venue’s ticket counter and told them the texts i was getting because it did not look like an authentic website and i was scared for the money i paid. They were really helpful and said that if I don’t get my tickets by the third slot, i can just come to them and request a refund. Five more minutes later i get another text that even the third slot is slot out but i if i wanna get the slot that i booked for in the first place, i’ll have to pay EXTRA! Mind you the venue i got the tickets for closes at 6pm and they suggested that i go only half an hour early than the closing time. I had to pay that EXTRA amount just to get the slot that i booked for. Even then by the time i got the tickets after paying that extra fare it was already half and hour late. Absolute absurdity!
