Return Request submitted to Thorne on 8/12/2026. Thorne responded with email stating customer service would contact me. They have not . I have made 2 calls to Thorne and was put on hold for over 45 minutes both times. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me. Order 9221618 Boswellia Phytosome SF819 $53.10 Dear Thorne Customer Support Team, Per Thorne's 60 day satisfaction guarantee, I would like to initiate a return for the Boswellia Phytosome that I purchased on June 26, 2026 (Order Number: 9221618). I purchased this product hoping it would help manage my osteoarthritis knee pain, but unfortunately, after six weeks of use, it has not provided any relief. Please let me know the next steps required to process this return

⭐️ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a 90 ml Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Le Parfum through Throne, and my order clearly showed 90 ml. However, I received the 50 ml version. When I contacted customer support, I was initially told to return the item. I explained that I should not have to lose money because of an error that was not mine, especially since refunds can result in fees being deducted. After escalating the issue, Throne told me that the link behind the listing apparently led to a 50 ml product, even though the actual Throne listing/order clearly stated 90 ml. So apparently I’m expected to deal with the consequences of a misleading or incorrect listing. This isn’t even the only issue I’ve had. I also purchased shoes through Throne that were almost immediately refunded, but every time this happened, I noticed that I ended up with less money than I originally had because of fees. The refund itself was processed quickly, but the amount in my Throne Balance kept decreasing, and I was left confused about where the money was going and why I was losing money when the orders were being refunded. That is extremely concerning. If an order is refunded, I should not be left financially disadvantaged because of fees or other deductions that are outside of my control. I’ve also had other frustrating experiences with issues on the app and website where contacting support did not properly resolve the problems. Overall, I feel like I have repeatedly been losing money because of problems with the platform, while customer support keeps giving me solutions that leave me carrying the financial consequences. I expected Throne to take responsibility and simply correct the mistakes. Instead, I’m being told that the price difference is too large to send the product I actually ordered. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I genuinely hope Throne reviews its refund process, product listings, and customer support because customers should not have to fight to avoid losing money over issues they did not cause.

They charged me, but never shipped my purchase. Contacting support took forever, and was a total waste of time. Still waiting on my bank to refund the FRAUDULENT charges.

Be aware of this grifters. I accidentally transferred money to my acccount as a developper. My intention was to buy a gift for another person for $60. I exactly described the problem per email and asked them to cash back me the $60 . In the next step I also bought the gift for the other person as a fan. What they do? They took both amounts and never replied back to me. They're fraudsters and make big money this way.

Remarkably, rather than Throne taking the time to follow up with me honestly and helpfully as the person who signs Throne replies on this website apparently promised nearly 2 weeks ago, (her name begins with “E” and sounds like Felice), they have pressured to have me edit my reviews. Why? Due to my labeling of the org as a second-rate scam operation? No! Apparently, all of the digital fine-print contained within their User Agreement no one reads has them covered legally, though (I contend) not ethically. The reason instead is the reviews contain "personal information." Namely - Employee Names. And which name causes primary concern (because I list it twice), the same one I mention above: the person who signs her replies, "’E’ from Throne." The unintended irony here is pretty funny. Now I'm gonna suggest both and Throne.com get their collective acts together.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
