Where is our dog food?
We ordered dog food from this company on the 24th and we still haven’t received it. Sent two emails and they have failed to reply. If I do not receive the dog food by Monday, I will file a complaint with PayPal and get a full refund. Wished I had seen the reviews before I purchased. Due to not receiving it, we ordered more dog food from Naturo on Thursday and received it next day on Friday and we live in North East Scotland.

I have ordered from this company 4 or 5…
I have ordered from this company 4 or 5 times now and have never had a problem. Dog food is heavy and getting it delivered is of real benefit to me.

Be warned they DO NOT deliver on time…
Be warned they DO NOT deliver on time and fail to respond to complaints. It took a Visa Claim to get them to issue a refund & that takes 10 days. Check out their reviews before you deal with them. They do not deserve to continue in business

I have never left a bad review before…
I have never left a bad review before but I have had no response from anyone about not receiving my order. DPD seems to have lost the parcel and have told me to contact the supplier but there is no working telephone number and I have had no response from the email that your directed to havelinspetcare.co.uk. My animals were out of food...so I ordered from PetShop.co.uk and they sent it the next day with DHL. DON'T USE TIME FOR PAWS, I'm not sure if they exist and DPD is a shambles.
