Just cancelled my subscription
Reading the reviews it seems to be better for younger age groups. I am mid 50’s but fit and youthful for my age. First dinner I went to was disappointing. Food was ok. The people were kind and lovely but not my type of crew. Then I booked for a run hoping for a better experience and the location was never shared so couldn’t go. That was pretty annoying. No one to contact. Only email support. Also the locations are only shared an hour beforehand which makes it hard to plan. I have just cancelled my subscription. I might try and go on another event hoping for a better experience.

Poor Customer Service
Few weeks ago Timeleft has chosen Be At One-Regent Street for our drinks event. When I arrived there the venue has no idea whatsoever about Timeleft booking so me and others in the group have no way to meet but to use the group chat on the app to try to recognise each other and it took time and effort for us to meet and find a free table to sit. That was a bad experience and we reported it back to Timeleft. Yesterday Timelft has chosen again the same venue and once again we went through the same bad experience of the venue not having a booking for us and the difficulty of finding each other and finding a free table to sit ! This is really not acceptable !

I really like the concept of Timeleft but the way they’re matching age and balancing gender is a problem
I really like the concept of Timeleft, but my last mixed dinner left me extremely uncomfortable. I was in my early 30s and matched predominantly with men around 23–25, with only one other woman at the table. I don’t understand why the matching doesn’t prioritise similar age ranges and life stages. More concerning was one man’s behaviour. He repeatedly leaned into me with his arm around me and at one point had both arms around me. I asked him several times to stop. The final time, rather than simply respecting my request, he made a scene and put a large pillow between us, making comments about me needing a divider and needing my space. I haven’t returned to a mixed dinner since, although I’m going to give Timeleft another chance at a women-only event. I just wish these were still offered as frequently as they used to be. It’s a great concept, but my experience showed me that the age and gender matching needs significant improvement, particularly when you’re paying for a service specifically designed to match you with people you’re likely to connect with.

Awful experience so far
Awful experience so far, my 1st dinner event was booked for one fewer person who was me. Because I was a bit late. The restaurant reluctantly added me to the table! 2nd even was coffee meeting which cancelled last minute. My 3rd event which was dinner again they set me with very old people. Even people there been surprised by seeing me in their group. I wouldn’t recommend Timleft to anyone 👎

Completely useless app
Completely useless app. It's paying for a random dinner reservation, there's no hosting, no follow through, no thought put into matches, or no way the assure anyone shows up to any event and you don't completely waste your time. Also if your event fails, no refunds. it's not even an app, just a money grab scam. Just go sit at a bar you like, its a better social experience.
