I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with TimePhoria. Order #2266047 I purchased their Jelly Eyesticks and after using the product, it caused significant irritation around my eyes. I contacted customer service to ask about returning the product and explained what happened. Instead of offering a reasonable resolution, I was asked to provide a shipping-label photo that I no longer had, photos of the entire product, the batch/lot and expiration information, my name, age, gender, how I used the product, and a photo or video of myself using it. I provided the information and photos that I could. I also explained that I was not going to use the product again just to provide a photo or video because it had already irritated my eyes. TimePhoria ultimately refused to accept the return or issue a refund because the product had been opened and used. I understand that there can be hygiene restrictions on opened cosmetics, but when a product causes irritation after being used as intended, I would expect the company to provide some kind of reasonable resolution rather than simply refusing the refund. Instead, I was offered a 20% discount code for another purchase, which I obviously have no interest in using after this experience. The entire process was frustrating and made me feel like the company was more interested in protecting the sale than addressing a customer's concern about a product that caused irritation. I would not purchase from TimePhoria again, and I would recommend being very cautious when purchasing their eye products.

Ultra stay transfer proof lip vinyl actually stays!
Absolutely love the ultra stay transfer proof lip vinyl! The color is beautiful, and the staying power is amazing. Lasts all day (yes all day)without coming off. I also love that I can use it both on my lips and cheeks for a beautiful pop of color. It is also not drying at all like some of the others. Just have to make sure you are not using gloss or balm underneath so you maximize the staying power. Def planning to buy it in more colors! Highly recommend.

Customer service is the best
Customer service is the best. I didn't receive the pascal. After I contacted them they were very helpful and follow up with my orders. Till now I have pascal. Happy day and thanks again

The WORST customer service i have ever…
The WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. My package was delivered to the wrong address, the proof of delivery showed it was left at a warehouse. I dont live at a warehouse. I provided all the proof from the shipper, including photos of the warehouse, they then required me to fill out a form with all the information i already provided. I send in the form, they then require me to contact the shipper for the status of my package even though we already know the status is that it was delivered to the wrong address. I contact the shipper, provide a screenshot of the email the shipper never replied to, and their phone number is disconnected. I provide this to timephoria and they respond by telling me to contact the shipper again even though i just provided proof of already having contacted them. At this point i have been scammed out of my money for a product i never received and it has been several weeks going back and forth with them demanding a refund to no avail. I have finally disputed the transaction with my bank to hopefully recover the wasted funds. Absolutely livid at the hoops they had me jump through all for nothing. It's very possible this company is run by bots. I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service, especially when something was totally outside of my control. Do not purchase from this company, i hear their products are garbage anyway. Its all a scam.

When I received the product and opened…
When I received the product and opened it I saw that the color was very obviously not what was depicted on their website when I ordered it. I submitted an email immediately and asked to return it for a refund. I was told they would not since the product was opened despite it being a product issue rather than someone just changing their mind. I responded that of course it was opened which is how I knew it wasn’t the color advertised. I just got the same response. Very poor customer service on their poor product as well. Dear time phoria, I do not understand your ethics. Thank you for contacting us. Regarding your request for a refund because the color is significantly different from what was described, we apologize for your disappointment; however, in accordance with our policies, returns and refunds will not be granted if: The product has been opened. For reasons of hygiene, health, and safety, TimePhoria does not accept returns or refunds for items that have been opened, unsealed, used, or intentionally damaged. Once the product’s original factory seal is broken, the item cannot be returned because it cannot be refilled or resold. However, if the reason is simply “change of mind” and the product is still sealed, Please note that return shipping costs, any customs duties that may apply, and other related fees will be borne by the buyer. Please note that the color in the photo may appear slightly different when applied to the lips due to lighting, screen settings, and camera effects. Thank you for your understanding.
