Do not use this auction site.
I bid for a watch in a Timepiece 360 auction, and then cancelled my bid by sending them an email, on the same day. My bid was made on the 6th of April 2024, and the auction was suppose to end on the 14th of April. However they took a 15% deposit ( £1012.00) on my credit card, on the 6th, some 8 days before the auction was to suppose to end. Despite sending many emails, requesting for the deposit to be refunded, over the past 5 months, they are only providing automated mail, and will not confirm the details of the watch, or where the watch is. They refuse to refund my deposit.

Cannot recommend enough - fabulous.
I have bought watches from Timepiece360 on several occasions, and always been extremely happy. The staff are very knowledgable and informed about watches, brand history and the current market. As a bonus, there is even a qualified watchmaker and service centre on site. I have met with the founder Khaled, who was a complete gentleman. He is clearly an accomplished businessman who is always willing to help should there be any issues, putting the customer first at every opportunity. I have been dealing with Christine who really impressed me with not only her customer service skills, but horology and market knowledge. I can highly recommend Timepiece360 to anybody, the best watch destination in Dubai.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. Purchased the Hublot Vision IV and it was a wonderful experience from all the team. Len was fantastic and very helpful with the order and timeframe of picking up the watch. Took the family to pick up the watch and the staff were all wonderful and welcoming. Truly recommended to everyone, and the prices are very good! 10/10 experience highly recommended and will definitely be shopping from them again!
