Not a scam, but definitely not transparent
I bought this ticket online because it was extremely hot and the ticket office was quite far away. I thought: why not pay €10 online for the convenience and avoid walking there? The website says that the ticket gives you entry to the Duomo, which is technically true. However, what is not made clear is that this ticket gives you access only to the cathedral itself. It does not include the Duomo Museum or the other areas that are included in the official €10 ticket sold at the Duomo ticket office. For someone visiting the Duomo for the first time, this is very easy to misunderstand. You see a €10 ticket for “entrance to the Duomo” and naturally assume that you are getting the same entrance ticket you could buy at the official ticket office for €10. You are not. I only found this out after arriving, and I then had to pay another €10 to visit the museum. So I ended up paying €20 for what I could have bought directly at the official ticket office for €10. There is another detail that makes the situation even more frustrating: entrance to the cathedral itself is actually free if you are going there to pray. At the entrance, they ask whether you are visiting as a tourist or entering for prayer. So, technically, the company may be telling the truth when it says “entrance to the Duomo.” The problem is that it does not clearly explain what you are not getting for your €10. If they clearly stated that the ticket is for the cathedral only and does not include the museum or other areas, customers could make an informed decision. I would strongly recommend checking the official ticket options before purchasing from this company. The same €10 can get you considerably more if you buy directly.

24 hours pretty well but limited !!!
Overall the card worked pretty well except I did not make it to Belem Tower since all the slots were full in a 24 hour options. Besides that we made it to trams, trams 28, metro, Castelo Sao Jorge, 7 Pilar Bridge, Jeronimos Monastery, Arch Rua Augusta. So overall we did get a lot of value for the price paid !!!!
