Comprei a pomada tktx dia 13.08, comprei a quantidade de 20 tubos, demorou 15 dias para chegar e quando chegou só veio 3. Entrei em contato por email falaram que o número do pedido que passei não existe, não consigo nem pedir o reembolso. Não recomendo.

The costumer service is great
The costumer service is great. A big thumbs up to the company. My parcel was lost in transit and they fixed the problem with care and a nice compensation for me. I can only recommend TKTX to everyone not only for the good products but also for the services they provide.

If you ever wonder which numbing cream you should go for. The top notch is TKTX. They have been my fairhful tattoo companion for many years now. Why you should choose TKTX: 1. The best numbing cream I have used. It just work. 2. The nicest people are behind this product. They always make the best for their customers….. and a little more. 3. You can trust that you always get what you ordered. If an error should occur, they fix it for you free of charge. The only downside for me is that I have to pay high taxes to get it to Norway. But that is Norway problem, not a TKTX problem.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Made an order 23 days ago (24/07/2026), till today (16/08/2026) my order still blocked and no informations other than the carrier’s one : « your order will be giving to us by the enterprise where you made your order ». I send you severals email to infotktx.co and I only have IA answers by Chatbase ! Never had human team support response ! IA ask me if I would like to have a re-send order because so many days now, I respond yes I would like to have a re-sending order but by DHL EXPRESS because my deadlne is August 24, my request who was accepted and promise to be sent on August 12 ! It never happen ! Here are the information your chatbase ask me to send to human support services : - Order #19592 • tracking number: 6A05279405723 • confirmed a DHL Express re-send arrangement on August 12 • deadline of August 23, Till now I have not received any DHL number despite the promises IA ChatBase told me to request a full refund due to no Yoan support team response because he (IA Chatbase) could not do anything in more, I made the full refund request on August 14 2026, and again had an IA Chatbase response that told me I will have human team support response in 24hours with my refund or DHL Express promised, today 48hours later still WITHOUT ANY HUMAN RESPONSE FROM TKTX.CO ! In all this process I NEVER HAD A HUMAN SUPPORT TEAM RESPONSE ! Only bot loop response ! Ludovic (a very disappointed customers used to order in tktx.co !)
