I've been to multiple workshops and the atmosphere is always unique, chill and comfortable. There are always wonderful people to meet and laugh with. I love to have a moment to just connect with real people irl without my phone, I always leave refreshed and smiling the whole way home :) Can't recommend enough!

First time working with air dry clay…
First time working with air dry clay and it was so much fun! The host was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointing customer service and lack of empathy
I had booked a ticket for air clay workshop, but the day before the event, I had a minor kitchen accident and ended up with small cuts on two of my fingers. Since I managed to apply first aid myself, I didn't go to the hospital, so I didn't have a formal medical report. I also felt that sending a photo of my bandaged hand as "proof" would be inappropriate. Since I couldn't use my fingers properly for the workshop, I reached out to them via email. It wasn’t be poissible for me to use my hands properly, so that attending an air clay workshop was meaningless. I was not asking for a refund; I simply asked if it would be possible to reschedule my ticket for a future event. In response, I was strictly told that without official medical documentation, no exceptions could be made, and they sent me a link to their cancellation policy. What broke my trust and disappointed me the most was that right after refusing my request, they immediately posted on their Instagram story that "a spot just opened up" for the workshop. When I replied to their email expressing that I was hoping for a bit more flexibility and customer-oriented service given the circumstances, they completely ignored my message. For me, it wasn't about the money, it was about basic empathy and customer care. Ignoring a polite email while publicly reselling the spot felt very insincere. I will not be attending any of their events again.
