Toluna are toxic
Disgraceful company who have actually accused me of fraud even though I have been unable to sign up with the website or even complete any surveys with them! They won't tell me what fraud I've committed or how I managed to do it without answering a survey or even setting up an account! I got in touch with their support because of registration problems and they've turned around and told me they've blocked me as a fraudster. This business is recommended on the MSE app and as I do surveys with other companies I thought I'd give it a try, after all if Martin Lewis thinks it's legit it then must be OK. I am very much regretting following that advice now and seriously thinking I need to get legal advice over this slur against my character. I'm very very upset about being called a fraudster because honesty is a very important part of my life and I feel like a criminal. Don't go anywhere near Tolina. Reading the reviews on here it seems that Toluna are the fraudsters and scammers for not paying people. I really wish I'd never ever heard of them. I have copied all the emails as evidence abd as I say I'm contacting MSE and looking at legal advice. 0/100 Worst company EVER

One of the worst
I once almost gave up doing those surveys because you didn't get your rewards Then they became more reliable but now they are as bad as ever. I have completed more than 10 surveys without receiving any points. I had just over 19000 points. After over about 10 surveys, the same. Before that. if you did 2 surveys in a row you only got points for one of them. They operate in Denmark. But if you write to them in Danish, they don't understand. Toluna is a waste of time.

Great survey experience
Great survey experience, But payout require too much patience. I am associated with Toluna for the last five months. Toluna offers a genuinely great experience with high quality surveys and a very user- friendly interface. However, Toluna really tests your patience with its high 90000 points payout threshold and slow processing times. I have earned 165020 points so far and can you believe it? I am still waiting for my first reward. If they can improve this reward process to appreciate their users time, it could easily be a five star platform.

a total scam , dont waist u time for $10 reward in maybe 2 weeks try since month to get my payout to my PayPal account They dont like to send to my email address I provided also the cancel my account for wrong doing , than they reopen .... here my last email to this company ....an illegal thing... im not sure if u like play games with me !!!??? I would like to get my reward payout on my PayPal account!!! how I mentioned this in my account !! I did payout before on this account !!!!! I do have records !!! so please dont tell me you cant do my payout !! Also I see I have 31400 point in my Account. I try to do surveys but cant provide any info because I guess im blocked !!!

I completed a face cream tester research with Toluna more than 3 MONTHS AGO and still have not received the payment. No response to email enquiries either. Absolutely disgusting.
