Brilliant customer service experience!
Just had a brilliant experience with their customer service. It started with the bots so I was a bit dubious, but I was swiftly moved through the steps to an agent who was super helpful and patient. The process to get replacement was really clear, and the agent stayed on while I did it AND made sure it came through. Very happy!

Really enjoying our tonie box 2
Really enjoying our tonie box 2 with my 1 year old. We only have 4 characters atm, the farm set of 3 and ruby the creative tonie but can't wait to get more. We love love love the farm set. The cow song is a proper bop and really enjoying the creative character. The free songs available to put on the creative characters are brilliant, we love all the tonie original songs and the twinkle songs. Just wish there was a way to find more content to add to her, i would happily pay for more to add. It would also be nice if there was a way to have different languages. I've only found a few french songs which is sad. It would be good to have a setting you can change everything you buy into a different language or even a payable option to do that. Still, highly recommend and we are very happy with our purchase.

The toniebox2 is a great invention
The toniebox2 is a great invention. Our 2 year old has used it pretty much non stop to listen to stories and songs whilst playing since she got it. When there was a problem with one of the tonies, customer service were quick to try and resolve, when they couldn't they gave us a free tonie as a goodwill.
