Had an issue where a member of my discord server was being shown as the "Creator" while they weren't, reached out to the support about it and got an answer super quickly, and they helped me resolve the problem straight away. Very good support team.

Extremely unfair staff members with 0 care They don't care if your profile got hacked So my profile got hacked and the hacker started spamming racism I tried to appeal and got this as replay Your account was banned for "Racism". If you want to appeal this ban, then please write out the content of your appeal, i.e. why you believe you should be unbanned. This could be why you believe your ban was unfair, or that you have grown and learned from your mistake, or otherwise. Kind Regards, What do you mean??? None of this is my fault to begin with. Extremely dumb staff they don't even read the appeal and only copy/paste response without reading the appeal

Do not use.
1 star reviews frequently seem to be getting deleted or taken down ("this review was reported and is being checked by our moderators"), devs can ban you from reviewing bots, if you come across a toxic space with a bot that tries to hack you, you can't even leave a 1 star review (yes, this happened).

Banned without valid reason.
After trying to publish our Discord app on their website and receiving several rejections without explaining why, I was banned. I tried to appeal the ban, but they replied: "We believe it's in the best interest of the community and our website to keep your ban/mute in place." If I have one piece of advice, don't use their service. The support is a pain, and banning a support person for no reason is crazy. I'll go to a competitor and I won't hesitate to make a statement to my community about all this.
