Old and dirty car
When booking we should have been informed that the vehicle had more than 300,000 kms, I would have considered renting with another company. In addition to the dirty condition in which the vehicle was delivered to us. If I return to Romania I will look for another rental company.

(Quality like Western Europe in Romania? Yes, it is possible!) Online booking was simple and efficient, giving me a wide range of vehicle options to choose from based on my and my colleagues' needs. Upon arrival at the designated location, I was kindly greeted by the well-trained and friendly staff. (And help with the luggage even if it was 2 in the morning ) The process of taking over the car was quick and uncomplicated, and the vehicle was presented to me in an impeccable state of cleanliness and functionality. (Optimistically, I hope that the streets in Romania will also improve) Customer service deserves praise for the way they dealt with any request or question, demonstrating effective communication and prompt resolution of any potential issues.
