I never write reviews and especially bad reviews, but I am very disappointed with Topgolf and have given this multiple tries. My first complaint, I booked for my daughter's birthday and never got an email, so I called, and a gentleman answered, was completely lost and not helpful. He then connected me to the office and a girl answered and was extremely rude. No one could help out so then I got on the wait list and was never called, and my daughter was not able to have her birthday there like we planned and we wasted the whole night waiting for the call. My next experience, I booked again online, because I was told they can't make reservations over the phone. My reservation didn't go through again. I called, same story. Third time the online booking was down, I called, no one could help and was very rude. I highly, do not recommend top golf and sadly, they lost my business.

Topgolf Allen Review When we first moved from California to Texas, we were so excited to discover that there was a Topgolf nearby. I even encouraged my son to apply for a job there, and he was fortunate enough to be hired. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very disappointing. When he was hired, he was told he would receive approximately 40 hours a week. That never happened. He was typically scheduled for around 20 hours a week, making $10.75 an hour, with the expectation that tips would help supplement his income. In reality, he was bringing home roughly $1,600 a month, which simply wasn’t enough to live on. When he explained to his manager that he couldn’t support himself on those hours and needed to take another job, he clearly communicated the days and hours he would be available. Unfortunately, he felt that his concerns were largely ignored and that he was treated as though he was insignificant. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch my son work hard, show up, and try to make things work, only to feel that management didn’t value him or take his situation seriously. We had such high hopes for Topgolf Allen when we moved here. It’s disappointing that our family’s experience was so different from what we expected. I sincerely hope management takes a closer look at how employees are treated and how commitments regarding hours and compensation are communicated to new hires.

Be very careful with booking with them
Be very careful with booking with them. They owe me $58.12. I booked online 6/17 for two bays 9am-11am for 2 bays. Gameplay should’ve been $80 but has charged $128.44 as a walk-in. They had us wait 30 minutes for a “glitch” in their system so thats why we were given walk-in rates. It’s a bait and switch. Nothing else. After following up, I spoke to Tom the manager 8/10/26 around 5pm. He said nothing had to be fixed and to dispute it with our credit card. But why? The issue had been with their “glitch.” If it’s a scam, this place should be shutdown.

I play most weekdays. Top golf is what I play. I know most staff and a lot of players. Today, I was told no more wooden tees. The rubber tees only which are worn out. Always had fun until today. I deserve an apology or I will not be back Donald Tate. ABQ
