It’s was really good
It’s was really fast and my package wasn’t damaged. The way was from Germany to Russian Federation, it’s almost 3500km and I’m satisfied I thought it’s can’t be real, times are so hard, but I tried and now I can recommend it

Refund for unprovided service - Terrible service — Zero support and canceled shipping label for documents (Parcel #753723)
Update Aug 26: Topparcel promised a refund on Aug 13 and I initiated a withdrawal on Aug 14 (claiming 3-5 days), but as of today, no money has arrived and support only replies with auto-templates. Total scam logic! Dont use this service! Reply from Topparcel: Aug 13, 2026 We are truly sorry for the situation you experienced and for the inconvenience caused. We sincerely apologize once again for the delay and the difficulties you encountered with this shipment. From our side, we also submitted a formal investigation request to CTT in order to locate the document and clarify what had happened to the shipment. Unfortunately, after the established response period had passed, we did not receive the necessary information or a final response from the courier service. As we did not want to leave you waiting indefinitely, our company made the decision to provide you with compensation directly, despite the fact that the investigation with CTT had not been completed. Throughout this situation, we did our best to maintain communication with you and provide support while awaiting information from the courier service. We understand your frustration and sincerely regret that this shipment did not meet the level of service we aim to provide.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed! Hidden costs without any warnings, tax charges which are impossible to pay online and again, no warnings. The parcel got delivered to the postoffice instead of to the door, even if it was paid for extra, again, without any warnings and proper traceability
