They have charged me an additional 66…
They have charged me an additional 66 euros for apparently returning the car late, when it was in fact on time. They've said I was 2.5 hours late, if I was 2.5 hours late I would have missed my flight! I had to return the keys to an unmanned box with no staff, and they're not able to explain to me why they think the car was late and are not refunding me. Awful company

I had booked a car for pick up at…
I had booked a car for pick up at Kaunas airport, however did not come to pick up on time as well as our flight was delayed (still arriving on the same day) my booking was cancelled taking all the money for the reservation. I have been travelling for long time more than twice a year and yet I have never encountered similar issues in any other airports only at Kaunas Lithuanian airport.

*responding to comment. They make out they are willing to discuss all my issues but I’ve now been ignored 4 times on email about the customer service issues. Waste of time. I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting from this company. Our experience was poor from start to finish. We had pre-booked a child car seat, but when we arrived there wasn’t one available suitable, leaving us in an unacceptable situation while travelling with our baby. Thankfully someone from Enterprise helped us and found us an appropriate car seat. We were also overcharged for fuel by the sales guy stating that it was cheaper with them (it clearly wasn’t), we were charged €16 to ensure no cleaning fee when we dropped off the vehicle despite the vehicle not being clean when we got it and staff were completely unhelpful when we tried to raise our concerns. All they care about is upselling you this and that and not actually making sure your baby is safe. The worst part came after returning the vehicle. We received and signed a return report confirming that no new damage had been identified. Despite this, 7 days later the company regained all €300 of our security deposit, claiming they had found damage during a later inspection. The only evidence provided was a poor-quality photograph of what appears to be a very minor mark on the lower bumper, which looks like it could simply need cleaning which was a photograph taken clearly timestamped at the time of drop off and NOT after cleaning which they claim. They have refused to provide clear close-up photographs showing the extent of the alleged damage, have not supplied a repair invoice to justify the €240 repair cost, and have ignored repeated requests to provide evidence. Our complaints about the missing child seat, fuel charges and customer service have been ignored completely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would never use them again. We feel like we have been scammed

TOPRENT ESTONIA. Strong recommendation
TOPRENT ESTONIA Outstanding value and friendly helpful service. Highly recommend. Good car. Reasonable rates and no hassle with ‘add ons’ so often a problem with the big companies. The office is 5 mins easy walking from the airport. Directions clear.

I arrived very late at night and found that Daniel from Top rent Estonia was waiting for me in Tallinn Airport . We made the papers and he offered a nice new car for only 10 euros per day . The car was new and very clean . He was so helpful and would answer the telephone every time i contact him . Their service was amazing and would give a full mark for honesty , help and service . 5/5
