I had a problem with my Toputure TEB4
I had a problem with my Toputure TEB4, where the Bluetooth connection completely failed. I sent an email requesting support, and although the product was no longer under warranty, they offered me the possibility of purchasing a new display, which in principle should solve the problem. I had to make a relatively affordable payment, and they sent it to me, which I received very quickly, in about a week! It was just a matter of installing and replacing it, and everything was OK, working as it should! My thanks to the entire Toputure team and support! 😉 ✌️ Hugs

I contacted Toputure about a control board replacement for my TP1 after getting an E15 error. Their support team responded quickly and efficiently, were friendly throughout, and offered a good price for the part. It was a straightforward process from start to finish, and I'd recommend their customer service to anyone needing a replacement part.
