Beware
Beware! When you buy 3 check codes they expire in 2 years. What a rip off. How many people are buying more than 3 cars in two years? Not advertised on website beforehand

False advertising on service offered & charged for!!!
Unfortunately I have to say using this company is a complete con. Paid £9.99 for a the gold check service which clearly list “write off” & “ex taxi” checks as part of the gold service. The report I received showed neither of these two so I have to say the Gold service is more like a PLASTIC SERVICE. What’s worse is that I needed to contact them to complain and report the issue before I lost the purchase timing on the car I was buying but found there is no direct dial for (if it exists) their customer service so I emailed twice (obvs under pressure to give the car seller an answer) but received no reply so I lost the car I wanted to purchase. Well done Total Car (or c**p) you service defeats the objective of what I’m assuming it should have been aiding, to protect customers when buying a vehicle???!!! 🤦🏻♂️ I’d like a full refund please!!! Have emailed as mentioned but NO REPLY……what does that tell you??? 🤷🏻♂️
