They have time to cancel your account, but not to respond to support tickets
I had issues with them since day one. Their software had several bugs and they only fixed a couple, but not a huge bug. The fact they didn't even know the bug existed is shocking. We managed to work around it. I am looking back at my emails from 2024 and they didn't respond back to my contact requests then either. Fast forward to May 23, 2026 I found out that the poll was forcing people to answer all questions. I emailed them. NO RESPONSE. Then on May 28th I get an email saying they charged my credit card. I was furious. I wrote to the confirmation email from the 25th. Again, NEVER HEARD BACK. I had to waste time calling my bank to dispute the charge. Then days later I get an automated email saying my account was cancelled. Clearly they have time to cancel people's accounts, but no time for support emails.

Product is good, support is bad.
Good product in overall but bad support. I tried cancel product but support dont reply. Now it came email for about charge failure. Thank god it was failure. it cost 120 eur for me to buy all in one solution. Why you guys dont reply at tickets and why you guys dont want cancel product. I clicked cancel product link followed instuction but still it is pending and noone reply only letter what i got is next: Katia Benchabane here from the TotalSuite team. I am writing because it looks like your subscription payment of $122.76 didn't go through. Please update your information here and we'll give it another try. Let us know if you have any questions, So please dont go with totalsuite i assume they are only for money and not for customers. Take another product

Software does the job and support is A+
The software works well. I needed a small tweak to it for my use case and the support staff worked with me to get it just right. Great overall experience and would recommend.

TotalSuite - lack of documentation and support
We booked the Pro version of TotalPoll and made two support requests, but unfortunately never received a response. The documentation available online is incomplete and there are very few third party guides that explain the configuration better. Based on this disappointing experience, we would not book TotalSuite again.

Excellent support!
The contest plugin is easy to use and works perfectly every time. The support team have been incredibly helpful and respond promptly. Definitely recommend using TotalSuite!
