i need help as th braclet will now not…

i need help as th braclet will now not charge it was fine till the battry drained then i pluged it in it went red but then flashed pick as if i had sent a flash then it had no red light an gets hot when pluged in and not charging i need help i have this due to anxity and so my fiend has the other one so if im stressing i can let her no and she flashes me and it calms me down, she goes away next week and i need it to be working when she goes other wise i wont cope

I love the idea of these bracelets

I love the idea of these bracelets! We got one for my husband and one for my daughter, the bracelet we got for my husband the sea, designed beautifully and sleek looking. The heart one with silicone very cute, but be careful the actual middle part comes out very easily, I will need to tell my daughter to be more cautious with it while wearing it, she lost the middle electronic part within 5 minutes of wearing. When I brought this up to the customer support they were very polite and helpful and are sending a new one. The company 5 out 5, the sea bracelet 5 out 5, the customer service support team 5 out 5, the heart silicone bracelet 1 out 5 based on experience so far. Upon receiving the new one I hope to review again with an update of 5 out 5.

Shipping was fast to nz, easy to set up and great to use for our intended purpose (long distance travel). Note your phone needs to be nearby if you want to send 1 of 2 messages from the bracelet. Otherwise the app itself offers to send the other 3 messages which your partner can read later. It also does a daily horoscope on the app and a "yes or no" app feature like a lucky ball... totwoo agreed yes I should go to mcds lol

Customer service reached out quickly when what I ordered wasn’t available, and they made it right quickly swapping the bracelets with another set at no charge. Customer service was super nice and very quick responding as well
