Always polite and efficient.
It was incredibly easy to plan a birthday card using my photos and I loved the preview of the proposed product. I had a problem with the delivery - the recipient did not tell me she was going away- so I thought the card had not been delivered. When I contacted Touchnote they were very helpful and did offer to send a replacement free if charge. When I admitted my mistake they were very polite and understanding.

Ordering a card from this company is fast and easy. Also, if there is a problem with quality of the product or there are delivery issues, customer service is quick to make it right.

Always perfect
Always a perfect order. Never a problem. Joined in 2020 to send photos during Covid, and have never left! Recipients love the cards. Great for keeping in contact, thank you notes, birthdays. So easy. Recommended. 🙂🙂

Everyone loves these cards
This is the best app to send cards for all occasions on. All my family and friends love the cards with personalize pictures and messages on. Takes out the going to the store, writing a greeting, getting a stamp and putting it in the mail.

TouchNote is so easy to use. We no longer buy any cards at the store. Instead we use TouchNote exclusively. All our friends and family love the TouchNote cards we send them.
