We were introduced to this company at Felison cruise terminal Ajmuiden. We were a group of 10. We were looking for transport to Amsterdam and from Amsterdam back to the cruise terminal. This simple journey was not available. Tickets had to include canal cruise, an open top bus tour or both. We bought tickets and boarded the bus. Enroute we were advised that the earliest return bus was 17:30. Our dinner sitting on the ship was 17:45. The journey from the terminal to Amsterdam was a good 30 minutes. We would miss our meal. On arrival in Amsterdam we spoke to an employee wearing a red T-shirt with the Tours&Tickets logo as we had understood that the transport was a shuttle bus and buses would be going back and forth at regular times. He could offer no assistance he referred us to another man wearing a T-shirt with a hop on hop off bus logo. He denied that it had anything to do with him. We were left with no one to contact and the expense of hiring a taxi to get back to the cruise terminal. This operator should have bus times up in plain sight for tourists. Instead it spins a line that it will take 2 public buses and a train journey to get from the terminal into Amsterdam. And that their bus is the best option. This company needs to liaise with the cruise operators and run buses to suit its clientele. Not take money for what turned out to be an expensive one way ticket to Amsterdam. It’s a con. Given a ⭐️ as the canal cruise was good.

Emailed the company about a date change and no response, still no response 4 days later. Poor service. Amsterdam trip.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Tried to cancel minutes after booking but couldn't speak to a human WhatsApp support is just AI which gave me incorrect information. I tried emailing them to cancel as that was the only option I could find, but my booking was in 2 days, they did not reply for 3 days and just said hope you had a good time didn't even apologise just a condescending well you've had to go now because we didn't reply, like they didn't reply until after on purpose. My advice book direct, if the booking agent has terrible support why use them? That is their main purpose over booking direct. I will never use them again.

The experience was fantastic 😍 I really enjoyed it. The places we saw were amazing like a fairytale. The guides Juan and Emiliano were amazing and very kind. They have a lot of energy and positivity. They are very friendy and dedicated to their job as well. I would definitely reccomend them. Best of lucks guys! Constanza
