Ordered a roof rack that turned out to…
Ordered a roof rack that turned out to be the wrong fit. While the original ordering error may have been mine, I only discovered the issue when fitting it a few weeks later, by which time I was only a few days outside the 28-day return period. I contacted Trade Vab Accessories (and their supplier) and offered to cover any costs associated with a return or exchange, but no solution was offered after discussions with their supplier. And i received no response from their supplier to emails. The team were friendly throughout, but I was ultimately left disappointed as I felt a reasonable compromise could have been reached. I have since had to purchase a replacement rack elsewhere. Overall, good customer service in terms of communication, but poor flexibility when it came to resolving the issue. i'm not having to find an alternative buyer (ebay, etc) for a brand new, almost untouched roof rack as they would not exchange even though I assumed responsibility

Good product, excellent customer service
Excellent service, I ordered running bars an received the brackets two days later, I called them and was told the courier had only picked up the one package and it would be delivered tomorrow, it didn’t arrive so I contacted them again, they said they would contact courier and get them sent out asap. The courier said they had lost them in transit! I contacted them again and they arranged a special delivery which came the next day, and believe it or not they bought two sets! I returned the one, needless to say they are brilliant and so is their customer service.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Wrong size, instructed by seller to cut the bars to length myself which incurred a cost from a local blacksmiths as I don’t have those tools. Returned bars due to poor quality, poorly made and can’t hold much at all without flexing. Seller said they were ‘damaged’ and parts missing. Bars were used and parts weren’t missing and showed images confirming this. Avoid at all costs. Buy cheap buy twice!
