j'ai cloturé toutes mes positions et…
j'ai cloturé toutes mes positions et j'ai verifié a plusieurs reprises .Et ben 3 heures apres ,j'ai constaté que mes positions se sont ouvertes sans aucunes raisons et sans ma volonté !!! Mefiance quand vous cloturés vos positions chez tradovate !!

Terrible Experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I have been an investor and a trader for 25+ years. I have used many brokers over that period of time. I decided to open a Tradovate acct to focus on Futures. Tradovate was by far the worst experience from a new acct onboarding process. The process of opening a new acct was confusing, cumbersome and protracted. Customer service was absolutely useless and disjointed with other groups internally (new acct and compliance teams). My funds were in my acct for almost 2 months. After some follow-up for additional info needed to approve the new acct, I was told "everything is in good order...financial review completed...just awaiting approval from new accts. 4 wks later...the new acct was denied". I have NEVER had an acct approval issue like this with ANY financial institution. I have since opened an acct with AMP Futures...was approved, funded and trading in less that 48 hr. Tradovate was a terrible acquisition by Ninja Trader. I would not recommend Tradovate to ANYONE.

The API limits are being applied **per…
The API limits are being applied **per user rather than per company or account**, which creates a serious problem for traders who use Tradovate accounts with multiple prop firms. I have invested a significant amount of money in trading technology, automation, and prop firm accounts. I currently have approximately 20 accounts across multiple firms, yet they are effectively being subjected to the same API limitations because they are associated with me as a user. As a result, I am now in a situation where technology and accounts that I have paid substantial amounts of money for continuously experience errors, freezing, and order-management problems because of these API limits. This is not an issue of trying to exceed the resources of one prop firm. These are separate accounts with separate companies that I have legitimately purchased and maintain. Applying a single user-level API restriction across all of them makes it extremely difficult to use the trading technology and account capacity that customers are paying for. For traders using multiple legitimate Tradovate-based accounts, this limitation is simply not reasonable. Tradovate and the firms relying on its infrastructure need a better solution for customers managing multiple accounts and using modern automated trading technology.

API Request Limit without warning is horrible
Overall is not bad. The reason for 1-star is that it has a API Request Limit, which froze your account when you hit the limit. It didn't warn you when your are close to it and not help you liquidate your position nor let you do it. They could have give you a warning but no. Complete troll.

Tradovate + TradingView – Integrazione gravemente difettosa: TP/SL non visualizzati, etichette prive di prezzo, gestione posizioni inaffidabile. Richiesta intervento immediato. Utilizzo quotidianamente Tradovate collegato a TradingView su conto Lucid (prop). L’integrazione presenta malfunzionamenti strutturali che compromettono la corretta gestione del rischio e rendono il trading inutilmente pericoloso. Elenco i problemi oggettivi e ripetibili: I Take Profit e Stop Loss inseriti da TradingView non vengono sincronizzati correttamente su Tradovate. Spesso non appaiono né sul grafico né come working orders. Quando le linee riescono a visualizzarsi, le etichette non mostrano il prezzo di riferimento. Appare solo “Vendi Limite 1” o “Vendi Stop 1”. L’operatore è costretto a indovinare il livello. Su TradingView paper trading questa informazione è presente. Su conto reale no. L’aggiunta di contratti a una posizione già aperta genera una nuova posizione separata con TP/SL indipendenti, invece di mediare quella esistente. Comportamento inaccettabile per chi scala o media. L’autofit del grafico è aggressivo e resetta continuamente zoom e posizione, impedendo un’analisi stabile. Bracket e OCO funzionano in modo incompleto e inconsistente da anni. Queste non sono “richieste di funzionalità”. Sono difetti funzionali gravi che espongono il trader a rischi operativi non giustificabili. Altri broker integrati su TradingView gestiscono correttamente visualizzazione prezzi, scaling e bracket. Tradovate no. Pretendo: Correzione prioritaria dei punti sopra elencati Risposta scritta e concreta entro tempi ragionevoli Non le solite risposte generiche di supporto In mancanza di interventi reali, darò massima diffusione a questa problematica (forum, , X, community di circa 400 trader e canali dedicati). Non è accettabile investire capitali propri e ricevere un servizio di questo livello. TradingView merita partner più solidi. Continuare a tollerare questa qua!
