Failed collection - twice
Booked two collections by UPS through this company, but UPS failed to collect on two consecutive days, despite me chasing at the end of the first day and beginning of the second day and being promised by the customer service agent it would be picked up on the second day. My customer who wanted the goods for the end of this week has now been let down. I am at a loss as to what to do next other than go elsewhere, but this doesn't help my situation.

Bad collection from this company
Bad collection from this company, I have asked them twice to deliver to my address and somehow they could not find this address 33-39 Drapery, NN1 2EZ twice in a row despite claiming to have updated the address to the correct one and the address being in the middle of the city. I will not be ordering any recollection or delivery from this company agian
