One of a kind person
I had a great experience with Transmute Yourself Coaching. Javier is a one of a kind person, he has the ability to make yourself comfortable and open up about your problems. He was a great guide and a great listener. He made me realise my potential. I was one of his first clients. I was looking for a motivation and explanation on why working out was so hard for me. He made the right questions and helped me find the answer. Thanks Javier!

Javier helped me to unlock my potential & keep moving forward!
Javier is a very intuitive and empathic coach asking powerful questions enabling deep reflections! He creates a safe environment to share feelings and thoughts and goes deeper helping me to identify the beliefs which are holding me back in life. Javier uses different coaching tools effectively including visualizations, which I really like! As a result, I gained new insights & perspectives and could formulate concrete action steps to move forward. We have worked on different topics e.g., setting boundaries, perfectionism, how to be a more effective leader covering work and private areas. Our sessions made me realize that I am good enough by just being myself. I only need to live up to my own expectations and honor my values. I am much more confident in myself than before, allowing me to perform better at work. Each coaching session is giving me a lot of positive energy; I am grateful to have Javier supporting me in my journey to further develop myself and make a difference. Thank you Javier! I highly recommend Javier as a coach; he will be able to bring out the best in you too!

Excellent Coach
I greatly enjoyed working with Javier. He is insightful, helpful, practical, and kind. He was also flexible with scheduling the sessions which I appreciated. He is very good at getting to the bottom of things. As a result of his coaching, I discovered several important insights into my life and I feel that I am now on the path to a greater sense of inner peace.

Outstanding coach
I recently completed a series of ten coaching sessions with Javier, and I’m happy to say that my experience was excellent in all aspects. 1. Effectiveness of Coaching Javier's coaching approach was incredibly effective in helping me achieve my goals. His insights were always on point and tailored to my needs, which made each session productive and focused. Each session ended with actionable homework that both reinforced what we discussed and also encouraged further self-exploration and development, all of which helped me grow, become more self-aware, and clarify my future goals. I felt that each session moved me closer to a better understanding of myself and what I want to achieve. 2. Interpersonal Skills and Compatibility Javier is both patient and friendly, which made our sessions comfortable and constructive. He did a great job of listening and understanding my concerns without imposing his own opinions. This created a collaborative environment where I felt heard and supported. His empathetic and insightful nature helped establish a strong rapport, which I believe was key to the success of our coaching relationship. 3.
