🚨 VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH EASTMOON CLINIC, ISTANBUL 🚨
I strongly advise people to think twice before choosing Eastmoon Clinic in Istanbul for a hair transplant. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I paid around €1,800, including aftercare products for one year. I was given a certificate stating 6,800 grafts, but after two years, my crown area is still extremely poor and looks almost the same as before the transplant. I specifically needed coverage in my crown area, and today I have very little improvement there. Based on the result, I seriously question whether the number of grafts stated on my certificate was actually implanted. I have tried to contact the clinic to discuss the situation and find a reasonable solution. Instead of taking responsibility and properly addressing my concerns, I was asked to pay the full amount again as if I were a completely new patient. For me, this is completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the result, the way my concerns have been handled, and the lack of responsibility after such a poor outcome. I personally would NOT recommend Eastmoon Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. Think very carefully, ask for independent medical advice, and make sure you have clear documentation of exactly what procedure is being performed. My experience has been a huge disappointment and a waste of money.

Ho contattato la clinica tramite whatsapp chiedendo i termini di garanzia e mi hanno risposto che verrà data dopo il trapianto, per vostra informazione i termini di una garanzia vanno stabiliti prima della prestazione affinché si possa stabilire la valenza della stessa. La prima volta che li ho contattati mi è stato fatto un preventivo totalmente generico non giudicando il mio status attuale, mi è stato detto di bloccare la promozione entro il 24 luglio altrimenti il prezzo sarebbe cambiato, ricontattandoli oggi, per la seconda volta, il prezzo è rimasto invariato, è solo una tattica commerciale per mettere fretta, ne ho la certezza perché ho contattato altre persone che avevano lasciato recensioni negative e non solo mi hanno confermato lo stesso prezzo a distanza di mesi e anni ma 1 di loro mi ha mandato lo stesso preventivo che era stato mandato a me, a dimostrazione del fatto che fanno un copia incolla, altro che consulto con i medici. Per ultimo vengo richiamato da questa indemoniata del loro call center che mi dice che non capisco nulla di legge ( riferendosi a ciò che ho scritto sulla garanzia a vita ) che il truffatore sono io e che ho chiamato solo per parlare con le ragazze del centralino. Sono indeciso se denunciare questi maleducati, per chiunque volesse contattarmi ho le trascrizioni delle chat e le registrazioni delle telefonate che posso mostrarvi, ma dovrò modificarle per evitare che si vedano volti e si riconoscano le voci, non vorrei ricevere una contro denuncia per diffamazione da questi mentecatti. Posterò questa recensione ovunque riesca affinché quanta più gente possibile possa leggerla. Non andate in questa clinica, se andate è a vostro rischio.

Fantastic service and really happy with…
Fantastic service and really happy with my hair transplant. This clinic is absolutely spotless and new inside, and the staff have been so helpful and supportive. The surgeon was very hands-on throughout the procedure; you could tell he and his two technicians really knew what they were doing and worked great as a team. I read into this a lot before going, so I knew what to watch out for, but they knew exactly what they were doing, and I am very happy with everything. It has been a very fast recovery. A big shout-out to Erida, who has been fantastic in the aftercare team, checking in with me long after I've left Turkey and helping me with any questions I have, and also, of course, Eni, who was my first experience of Estemoon and gave me the confidence to go ahead. Also, just as a bit of reassurance on the authenticity of this review, I have made a YouTube video of my full experience, and I hope it helps answer any uncertainty around getting a hair transplant and again shows just how fantastic and spotlessly clean this clinic is. If you search for Tom's List on YouTube, you will find it, and I'll be updating progress on there as well, which has been fantastic so far.
