Perfectie van begin tot eind!
Via Traumpool zijn we in contact gekomen met de contactpersoon van Traumpool, Johan van Veen-Tec. Omdat we een roldek in ons zwembad wilde hebben hebben we het bad uiteindelijk zelf gebouwd en de complete installatie bij Veen-Tec gekocht. Johan heeft dat perfect begeleid en uiteindelijk een perfecte installatie geleverd en geinstalleerd incl. alle accesoires zoals een frequentiegestuurde pomp, UV-lamp, Chloor en zwavelzuur dosering, niveauregeling, filter, warmtepomp en Klereo besturingsunit. We hebben zelf (in overleg met Johan) de leidingen aangelegd en Johan heeft vervolgens samen met zijn maat Cornelis alles in 1 dag aangesloten en in bedrijf genomen. De installatie is, in tegenstelling tot alle chaos van buizen en kabels die ik tot nu toe gezien had, een plaatje. Het gehele paneel is voorgemonteerd en gestest. Ook de aftersales is fantastisch. Johan kijkt op afstand mee of de instellingen in het begin goed staan. Ik kan alles op het paneel in de technische ruimte, op mijn computer of telefoon uitlezen en bedienen. Ik ben zelf werktuigbouwkundig ingenieur dus weet waar ik over praat. Gisteren is exact dezelfde installatie door Johan en Cornelis naar volle tevredenheid bij mijn buurman geinstalleerd en in bedrijf genomen. Ik kan deze vakkundige en prettige mensen ten zeerste aanbevelen. Groeten van een zeer tevreden klant. Jacco Donders

Nachtrag zu meiner Bewertung,
Nachtrag zu meiner Bewertung, Traumpool hat sich im Nachhinein sehr bemüht unsere Kritik schnellstmöglich zu lösen. Das größte Problem lag bei der Transportfirma. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert.

Over traumpool kan ik kort zijn
Over traumpool kan ik kort zijn, goede levering, maar de Nederlandse contact persoon is een prutser, probeert via traumpool ook zijn zwembadpomp en technische instalatie te verkopen. Beloofd van alles en houd een mooi praatje, waar hij zich later weer in bedenkt en het toch weer anders moet, gevolg pomp kan alleen aan, als we niet zwemmen omdat er dan stroom op het bad staat. Kortom ga me die prutser niet in zee, want hij lost het niet op. Daardoor zou ik traumpool niet aanbevelen, omdat je dan die persoon als contact persoon krijgt

Leider gibt es nicht 0 Sterne. Man kann es nicht in Worte fassen, was das für ein unglaublich schlechtes Unternehmen ist. Ich warte seit 5 Monaten auf mein Pool Dach. Ständig werden Termine gemacht und niemals eingehalten. Ich habe etliche Nachrichten, von ständig wechselnden Mitarbeitern, die keine Ahnung haben, was sie da eigentlich schreiben. Ganz, ganz schlimm. Bestellt da lieber nichts. Ihr werd es bereuen. Das ist meine ganz persönliche Meinung.

Wrong pool, fake branded parts, constant pressure – all documented
I run a production company and bought a custom pool with accessories from TraumPool for a professional shoot. This review is about two things: how much went wrong, and – more importantly – the constant pressure they put you under, including repeatedly asking me to remove my negative feedback online. Everything below is documented in writing, and I keep all of it. The pressure starts before you even order. You can only get a delivery date AFTER you approve the order, so with a deadline you are forced to commit before you know when the pool arrives. They also told me to approve the order first and "correct the details afterwards". The whole structure is built to make you commit before you have the facts. Then it continues at every step: – Delivery was suddenly moved forward, from one day to the next, by a message in the middle of the night. – On delivery day they demanded I pay CASH – in fact the whole amount in cash – because the delivery was so rushed I could not make a transfer in time. I refused: no company can settle a sum like that in cash. I was passed between three different people while my booked crane stood waiting 5–6 hours at my cost, and the driver left before I could even refuse the delivery. – They tried to make a discount conditional on my buying an 8,000 € installation I had already cancelled. – With the pool delivered and fully paid, they threatened to just "sell it to someone else". – Every complaint was met with discounts on MORE purchases, never a straight refund for their own mistakes. The faults themselves were serious. The agreed chlorine generator was missing and replaced with a device I never ordered. The pool arrived with the lamp holes in the wrong places, despite my written drawings and their emailed "ok" – they admitted their salesperson failed and that production changed my order without asking. Their proposed fix was to patch the old holes and drill new ones on a brand-new pool. And the lamps billed as Hayward were not Hayward – Hayward confirmed to me they were a generic copy, and TraumPool admitted they "didn't have the real ones left". There is also something that does not add up. I had to push hard to get any production paperwork, which they then produced themselves. It states the pool was produced on 10 June. But the day before – on the 9th – the driver messaged me from a private WhatsApp account asking if he could deliver that day instead of the next. So the pool was already built and being driven around Denmark the day before it was supposedly produced. Those two facts cannot both be true – and I have both in writing. But the part that worries me most, and the reason I am writing this: throughout all of it, and for two weeks since, they have repeatedly pressured me to remove my negative feedback online – because it is their "high season". Think about what that means. If a company works this hard to keep unhappy customers quiet, how many bad experiences are you not seeing? I am clearly not the only one being asked. Everything here is documented, and I am deliberately leaving a lot out – the reality was worse. Do not let them convince you they are the cheapest or the best; the same pool is available elsewhere for less. To other buyers, especially businesses: get everything in writing, verify every branded part, and do not let the pressure rush you.
