Scam operation
Scam operation. I've had to change my bank card to stop the monthly unauthorised billing as the company can't be reached for cancellation or any other subject for that matter. They are ake your money and never respond. If did not subscribe and they are stealing my money. Stay away. The high rating is fake. Achieved with luring you into rating them before they provide any service.

Scam! They charge you 100 Euros every month…
They charge you 100 Euros every month after the first month and you can't stop them. They also make you rate them before giving access to the service and you have to pick a positive rating. It's a scam.

They will charge you regardless
The company started billing me approximately 100 Euros after the first month without my consent to a subscription. They won't stop billing me although I wrote to them saying I do not want to subscribe and I am not using the site. The reason they have a high rating is because you have to give them a high rating before you can start the service.

I am filing this formal complaint against Travelovin (travelovin.com) due to deceptive billing practices, unauthorized subscription enrollment, and the intentional evasion of customer service and cancellation requests.Recently, I discovered an unauthorized charge of 99 Euros applied to my financial account by this merchant. This fee was executed without my explicit consent, clear or transparent disclosure of a hidden recurring subscription model, or an easily accessible breakdown of fees during my initial interaction with their website.Upon noticing this unauthorized financial deduction, I immediately attempted to contact Travelovin to terminate any active account and demand a full refund. However, the business has deliberately structured its operation to avoid consumer contact and block cancellations. There is no automated cancellation button or setting available within the user dashboard. Furthermore, when I attempted to reach out via their designated support emails, my messages were instantly rejected by their mail server, returning "delivery failure" notifications.It is clear that Travelovin is maintaining dead or non-functional communication channels to physically trap consumers in subscriptions. Additionally, the website operates with an absolute lack of transparency, hiding all corporate information; they fail to disclose a physical business address, a telephone number, or any verifiable names of ownership or leadership anywhere on their platform.

This company looks in it's presentation so I joined as agent After my first booking I left good but when it was time for my customers to fly.i gotten bad news that there was no booking was paid.I am now paying these customers back with my own money.what a big disappointment and scram
