Highly recommended!
Using the esim from Travelsimasia helped me stay connected at any time during my trip on Java. Whether it was in cities or in nature. Also really easy to install and keep track of used data. And all that for a fair price. Highly recommended!

It was super easy to set up
It was super easy to set up. Bought a 50gb pack and lasted me 2 weeks in Japan, even had some left. Installing was easy, I could easily check my remaining data and love that I didn’t have to install an app or login on a site continiously manage my esim. Thank you will def buy again when I go to thailand in January!

The eSIM had an error
The eSIM had an error, so it wouldn’t activate. I went through a lot of effort to check everything on my phone, they I went through AI to get help and had to make loads of changes. I tried over several days, before making the assumption that it would only work in Indonesia, the country it was set up for. After another hour of effort after arriving in the airport in Indonesia, I called Travelsimasia for help. The person was very helpful, but I still had to go through another hour of checking everything before being told that there must be a problem with the eSIM. A new eSIM with 1 gig was sent as a test, and it worked perfectly (a simple test that could have been done earlier). It was then topped up to the full amount. In short, the online service was good, but the initial eSIM was at fault and cost me a lot of time and stress after arriving in a strange country with no internet. I would think trice before using the company again - though the internet has been quite good since I arrived.
