Tredz Bikes and Aftercare service
I Recently purchased a new bike from Tredz . When the bike was delivered I found a damaged part. I took the information and proof to Jessica on Tredz Aftercare service she was extremely helpful and understanding of the issue and the consequences of not being able to use said new bike; Jessica came back to me with a few solution options and made sure my issue was resolved in a time efficient and quality manner . A replacement part was shipped out to me so I could install on my bike and begin riding. I strongly advise anyone using Tredz Aftercare to ask for Jessica!

Just bought a bike they find a little scratch on body work wich I'm find next to nothing also give me a voucher for 65£ very helpful stuff thank guys also quite a quick delivery 😀 😊 👍

I have a gift card for this store for £50 and now all stores have closed and head office closed no number or email working so basically I have just lost £50!!

Immoral, dishonest and cowardly
Unbelievable that a company are able to still process transactions knowing they are in trouble. I purchased an item online then waited over four months, only one of my many communications was responded to, a lady called Hazel from customer services, promising to resolve my issue. Then nothing for months, avoid parting with any money people, companies don’t just fold overnight, they are still processing transactions immorally.
