No, you did not assist me with another label- I was told you will not peovide me another label- order .[Trendcarpet.se] Re: Re: Here is your return confirmation! - 2665827 Please send me another label! Stay away from this company, I should have read the reviews 😩 Bought a rug 2 months ago, which looked nice in the photo, in real life, brown background rather than beige, after a few weeks, the threads started to pull off, the rug was for my daughters room. The rug looks horrible now shedding threads, Contacted the customer service, was told to print the label for the return, I had no printer then so asked to send me a digital label or send a courier with label ready. Then was suggested to go to a library to print the label...mind we live rural with no access to library, I dont drive. At some point was told - We will not assist you with this query anymore. Out of nowhere! I got a printer a couple of weeks later so I asked for a new label, then I was told, the same- we will not assist you with this anymore!! Absolutely appalling!!!

Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague, carpet arrived folded up and chucked over my back fence, packaging was terrible and the carpet was severely damaged because of this. Carpet has rips all over it and looks nothing like original photo from the website. They also deceive you with the delivery we waited 3 weeks for this terrible carpet to arrive. The customer service is nearly as bad as the carpet I receive, they are refusing to give us a refund

We waited over 5 weeks for delivery, I had to send emails and eventually asked for a refund . The email reply was not anything other than a sorry for the delay and not a response to my emails. The rug turned up and was left Inside the doorway of the flats, even though my wife and myself were in , nobody rang our doorbell.very dissatisfied and would not use this service again.

8 weeks and my order didnt arrive when…
8 weeks and my order didnt arrive when it said it would be within 3-5 days. Every time i asked for a refund they wold just repeat it was on its way. I finally opened a dispute when they started ghostng me and got my money back through my bank. dont go near them
