If you're considering a purchase from trendingnowe I urge you to think twice. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. After placing an order and waiting for over more than a month, I discovered that the package was lost in transit because the company failed to include my phone number on the shipping label. Without my phone number, I received no text or phone notifications about the delivery. Instead of addressing their mistake, their customer service team deflected responsibility. They claimed all contact information was processed correctly and repeatedly sent me the same uninformative tracking links, insisting I hunt down the package myself before it got returned. After spending two hours traveling to the post office, I learned they didn’t even have the package, and the staff confirmed that the missing phone number was indeed the problem. When I asked for a refund for the lost item, they unbelievably asked me to provide official documentation from the post office to prove their error. I sent screenshots from my personal post office account showing the tracking number wasn’t linked to my phone, but they ignored the evidence, offering the same unhelpful responses. I'm done dealing with them and am filing a chargeback with my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE INCONVENIENCE IS NOT WORTH IT.
