Outstanding customer support and excellent quality
I recently ordered a large selection of components from TREQ for building my own custom hybrid racing/flight sim rig, including the Pivot Frame, Wheel Deck, hinges, corner brackets, bow tie, mouse pad and various smaller accessories. While the quality of the products is excellent, what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service from Jim and Niels. Before placing my order, I contacted TREQ by email with some questions about the Pivot Frame. I didn’t want to use it as a standard complete set, but instead planned to build my own version using aluminum profiles with different dimensions and length. Jim and Niels were incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. They even provided me with a drawing showing how my custom solution could be built. On top of that, they added some individual parts to the webshop that I needed for my setup but which weren’t available separately at the time. I’ve honestly never experienced this level of personal support from any manufacturer before. The shipping was also extremely fast. The packages were shipped from the Netherlands and arrived surprisingly quickly after 2 days. One small part was missing from one of the deliveries, but after contacting TREQ, I received a personal response and a shipping confirmation for the free replacement later that same day. That’s exactly how customer service should work. The quality of the components is excellent as well. Everything feels very solid and well manufactured. I’m especially impressed with the Pivot Frame. Instead of the originally intended 120/40 profile, I built my own version using an 80/40 aluminum profile. Despite this, the construction is incredibly solid. I even have my Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS throttle mounted to the pivoting arm, and the whole thing remains extremely stable. The magnet also holds the door very firmly and reliably in position. One small note regarding the magnet: I managed to break the magnet itself by tightening the mounting screw too much when securing it to the T-slot nut in the profile. So be careful here and don’t overtighten the screw. Despite the damage, the magnet still works perfectly and holds the door securely. Once installed, you wouldn’t even notice that it had been damaged unless you knew about it. Originally, I had considered building something similar to the solution offered by Sim-Lab. However, after building and using the TREQ solution, I personally find the Pivot Frame design from TREQ much more practical and, from a structural perspective, better thought out and more robust. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend TREQ. The products are excellent, shipping is extremely fast, and above all, the personal support from Jim and Niels is outstanding. If you’re planning a custom sim rig or have a slightly unusual setup in mind, I would definitely recommend contacting them directly. They genuinely take the time to find a solution. A huge thank you to Jim and Niels for the fantastic support and for running such a great company. It’s very much appreciated!

Solid and helpful
After some emails back&forth I pulled the trigger on a monitor mount and seat. I was a bit worried about the weight and how I wanted to mount the screen but the quality of the build is superb, I could probably sit on it myself. Extremely happy with both a quality product, fast shipping, and the helpful email contact.

Quality product and attention to delivery.
It shocked me how simple it was to assemble my CXX without prior experience. The material also are extremely sturdy and the packaging was incredible. No chance anything could ever get damaged during transport. I appreciated seeing some of the boxes labelled to guide me during assembly.

A top tier product
I waited a while to write this because I wanted to see how everything held up. After two years, my rig and triple monitor stand still feel brand new. No squeaks, nothing loose—just rock solid.
