Extremely slow service
Extremely slow service. Very high shipping costs, and the order takes two weeks from payment verification to leaving the warehouse. Three weeks total to receive it. Expensive for the quality of service. They offer few payment options.

Short expiry date products, no replacement, terrible customer service
I received my order of a Tretinoin 0.025% and 0.5%. Both were about to expire within 2-3 months. I immediately contacted them to complain as I would not even be able to use up one before the expiration date. They told me a lot of things, in the following order: 1. I will get a buy-1-get-1 on my next order 2. They just shipped it fast, but they still owe me fresh products 3. They will ship new products and provide a new tracking number. It's been over a week, no tracking number, no fresh products. They cannot be reached at their phone number. This is not a correct company, and I would never recommend them.

Fantastic service,delivery instruction was carried out to avoid custom issues as a buyer outside of the UK, which was a big relief. Items were as expected ,so all in all .perfect experience!
