Great Purchase
I came in for a browse and the sales assistant was very helpful showing me the women’s items. I purchased a bag which she informed me was in the sale. Quickest and best purchase ever. The music in there was a great vibe too.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It seems this seller is pulling the same trick on a lot of customers. The link on their website to generate a label is not working, when you ring the store the colleague says the manager isn't around and he will leave a message for her to call back but she never does, and then they never reply to any of the emails you send. Unfortunately I was unable to return the order on time due to not being provided with the returns address in time nor a return label, not for a lack of trying. I ended up taking up a risk and returning the order to the store listed on Google of which there were a few. Then they did not even follow up with me for a month despite the delivery being recorded. I called the store just to be told they weren't sure where the parcel was and they'd need to check. I called again to be told the parcel had been found but as it was outside the returns period it would be returned to me and I wouldn't receive a refund. So now I'm also out of pocket for the delivery charge back to the store. The owner said there was nothing they could do and did not offer any resolution. Will never be shopping at this company ever again - the customer service is non existent. I have the email chain to prove the above and will be reporting this store to trading standards. As you can see on trust pilot, my complaint is similar to a lot of other customers'.

Received a jumper but wrong size
Received a jumper but wrong size. Tried the return policy which is hidden in their website but the “start your return” link on their website does not link to a new page. Sent 2 emails, no reply, tried to ring costumer service but no answering, just answering machine. I do have now 12 days out of 14 to return the item. Not sure what to do.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star multiple times Trying to call no answer multiple emails no answer daft chat bot no reply Avoid this company like the plague Used to use triads alot few years back but would not give them the time of day now Proper Shi*e . Even had to get my bank to retract the sale due to the useless poor and quite frankly dismal service

Very disappointed
Very disappointed I used this company a great deal in the past and they where excellent have not used for a couple of years but ordered a small item a week ago paid for item got conformation order straight away but nothing since keep e mailing triads but no response shop app says still waiting for details from triads luckily only a small value item but that’s not the point will never use again
