numer telefonu, numer buta, f**ta - porażka. Zero profesjonalizmu, maksimum kontroli. Przecież to prywatna administracja publiczna a nie żadne przedsiębiorstwo - gdybym ja odwalił takie formularze zawarcia umowy, nie wyszedłbym z więzienia do końca życia! OMIJAĆ!!!

If you need support, plan on waiting 3 months
Customer support takes 3 months to respond. I don't know many comapnies that can go without bidding for 3 months and still stay in business. I can not unrecommend this software strongly enough. If I could give it a negitive star value I would.

Trimble's auto-renewal process feels designed to prioritise contracts over customers. We missed a cancellation deadline by just a few days after renewal notices were filtered into a junk folder and notified Trimble before the licences actually renewed. Despite the software not being used and our request for a reasonable compromise, no flexibility whatsoever was shown. Instead of working towards a fair resolution, Trimble simply quoted their terms and conditions and threatened debt collection for non-payment. We ultimately paid the invoice, but the experience left a very poor impression of their customer service and business practices. Based on the exceptionally poor service we have experienced, we would certainly not recommend Trimble to any future prospective customers.

Awful Account Executives
The product is OK though outdated and unreasonably expensive. There are cheaper more robust options out there. Good Support team, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't give more than one star as Trimble Account Executives are absolutely useless. Dealing with them is a waste of time. They have no people skills and things that they say make no sense which make me question their cognitive ability. Is Trimble pricing this high because they keep Account Executive on payroll?? Too bad for Trimble and their customers.
