Unusable- Do Not Purchase Unless You Dislike the Recipient, Then It'd Be Funny

1) The website is so poorly written and designed it's almost unusable. For example, when attempting to book a car transfer, the title of all of the bookable options will say "THIS IS A RETURN ONLY" (yes in all caps), with no option to book a Departure Trip. It's only when you expand to read 7-8 paragraphs of fine print that it mentions a Departure Trip as included. But which one do you trust- the title or the several paragraphs of detail in very small font? Their Support chat assures me to trust the fine print, but with such an obvious error in the title, I'm not confident in my selection. When you're traveling in a foreign country- you need to feel solid about your transportation bookings. I can just see a driver saying - see here? It says RETURN ONLY, and then you're stranded. 2) Searching for just about anything- and understanding the options returned to you - is terribly difficult. 3) I received 2 gift cards from my company for my honeymoon. The emails from TripGift included broken URLs. When attempting to book a hotel, I got an "invalid code" error. After Support tells me that it's due to a re-platforming, and my codes will be unusable for the next 72 hours. We'll see. 4) Options for booking are very limited- only use this if you don't have travel preferences.

I lived an initial technical issue to complete my reservation, but I received a good level of remote support. My problem have been resolved with attention and patient. People make always the difference, maybe the website could be more user friendly :) Happy end

This site is a total scam. I was gifted a 170€ voucher. Found some flights worth 190€ on the airlines website and was asked to pay 465€!!! Turns out I’m not going to use the voucher. I guess this is how they make money. Stay away!

Avoid at all costs

Had a £500 that I was awarded from work that I could cash in with various places. Found tripgift to use it on flights. They were more expensive than Skyscanner but felt would be a good use of my voucher. Went through to booking confirmation to ensure no issues then cashed my voucher in for tripgift and used this on the website (which is terrible). Subsequently booked my annual leave, hotel pet care and insurance, only for tripgift to email me the next day saying the flights weren't available. Attempted to talk to customer service who responded with AI responses. I was requesting a cash refund or a refund to the original voucher so I could spend elsewhere and they just gave me the voucher back for their website. I am subsequently stuck with £500 to use on their awful scam website and my hard earned voucher is wasted. Extremely upset and angry and I can see others have had similar issues and generic responses are given to the reviews. AVOID.

While availability is checked in real time, travel inventory can change within seconds due to its dynamic nature. On rare occasions this means that a reservation may no longer be available by the time the booking is submitted, even though it appeared available when you initially searched. Where a booking cannot be confirmed, any payment taken will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
