3 weeks in and the order I placed, which was listed as in stock still hasnt arrived. They’re either unbelievably incompetent or crooks. 1 star is genuinely generous. Avoid this lot.

Sorry to say first time I have shopped with this company spent £53 on pedals on line, was hoping to buy another one asked them for a discount or a voucher and just got an email back saying no voucher and that’s it very disappointed thanks Cara keep up the welcoming customer Service 🫣

I ordered small spare plug covers and a…
I ordered small spare plug covers and a battery cover for my new bike that runs Di2. I also ordered two of the Shimanoe tools for pushing in the cables into their connection ports. These were all things that were not urgent but spares I needed as never had Di2 before. Triton Cycles had all of the things in stock unlike other places which would have meant I would have to order from multiple places. The prices were cheaper than other places which is another plus. I ordered on a Friday night my order was processed on Mon/Tue and posted Wed arrived Thu via Royal Mail first class delivery. I am happy with this I don't expect most independent small retaliers to process or dispatch on the weekends. Thank you will be using you again. Also never heard of you before web search it is good to know where you are near Debden station not to far from me. So in future I could easily come to your shop.

Placed 2 separate orders for instock tyres, after 3 days each time then recieve a refund with little or no communication, Do not use unless you want to be messed around, really poor service.
