Poor job security and unprofessional…
Poor job security and unprofessional management. Salary was delayed/ held without proper reason. Employee are expected to work overtime but are not fairly compensated. Management does not support employee, especially during personal emergencies. Work culture is stressful, and managers often shift blame instead of solving problems. growth opportunities and learning very bad. Overall, the company lacks transparency and employee -friendly very bad policies.

Exploitative recruitment process - Misleading job offer after full interview process
I applied for a full-time design role and completed multiple interviews and a design task. Only at the end was I told the role was actually an internship, despite project-level responsibilities and travel expectations. The compensation offered was far below minimum wage for the workload. A last-minute interview rescheduling also forced me to extend my stay, with no reimbursement. Disappointing and unprofessional process.

Don't waste your time there, as the HR is useless, and the boss is extremely unprofessional. Everyone there is worthless and despicable. Anjali is very unprofessional and will do anything for money. Increment is given for 2 years and then no increment is given.
