You don't respect the customer
You don't respect the customer, after purchase the customer feels trapped. You don't provide enough informations, and you don't know to take relevant pictures at many machines. Yes you are one of the biggest business of auctions but you are not the best.

They need to be more considerate of international clients. They assign collection deadlines for purchased lots without considering that the client is from another country and needs more time for the process. The company Auctions Logistics, which I understand is associated with or owned by Troostwijk, is disproportionately expensive. If the collection isn't handled by this company, they create a lot of problems. Also, by not providing a phone number, email address, and the name of the person responsible for the lot's delivery at the collection site, they create further complications when trying to find an external transport agency for the lot's collection. I could share more negative experiences I've had working with them, as I have experience with other auctions. Another issue is the lot description. I once bought a van with a hole in the oil pan and oil leaking out. This wasn't described in the auction, and I only saw it when loading it onto the truck. They cover their backs by stating that you can view the lot before buying, but this isn't realistic when it comes to international online sales. This auction lacks transparency and buyer support; they simply charge significantly higher commissions than other auctions.
