I purchased a pair of sneakers from them and never got them
I purchased a pair of sneakers from them and never got them. Tried to contact them multiple times but the answer was either evasive or it provided fake tracking numbers. All in all, stay away from them or be ready run the roulette for your order!

AVOID THIS STORE! Terrible customer service and double-charging issues. I had an awful experience with Truetosole and strongly advise everyone to avoid them. I placed an order and paid for it fully online. However, when the package arrived at the locker, they shipped it as Cash on Delivery (ramburs), forcing me to pay a second time just to get my package. When I contacted them about this mistake, their solution was absurd: they explicitly asked me to pay again at the locker and promised they would refund me later. After I declined the package, they completely ignored my emails and stopped responding to customer support. I only managed to get my money back after I filed an official complaint against them. Terrible communication, unhelpful support, and highly unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else!

Total lack of communication regarding refund - TTS-Z / 2026-000771
I am writing this review out of total frustration with the lack of accountability regarding my return and refund (TTS-Z / 2026-000771). It has been over a month since I followed every single bureaucratic instruction provided for a return, yet I have received zero information from the company. is completely unacceptable to hold a customer's money hostage while ignoring all lines of communication. I have done my part; the package is ready for you. I expect an immediate update on when my refund will be processed.

I ordered a full Tracksuit From…
I ordered a full Tracksuit From essentials and ending up with just the hoodie! I had to reorder the pants because it was for a gift(did not arrive yet) . Ended up paying 50-60€ more than what the set said it would be. I would like a refund. They did not respond to my emails yet. So disspointed!!!! Waiting for a response.
