Company denied my KYC with recent valid proof of address and refund for the $15 fiat add on option. Customer support went cold on me for four days and closed my account for no reason, without any clarification. I would not recommend them

Professional and Functional - Refreshing
Absolutely loving my experience so far with this card. Customer service has been sensational — prompt, friendly, professional and genuinely knowledgeable, which is rare these days. Every interaction has been smooth and helpful. I received my physical card today and I’m excited to start using it. In the meantime, I’ve already been using the virtual card without a single issue. Makes crypto usable in normal life
I’ve spent a long time looking for a legitimate, practical way to use crypto in everyday life without it turning into a hassle. What has always frustrated me, especially in the UK, is the stigma around crypto. It can feel like the moment you mention it, banks assume the worst, even when you are just a small retail user. I’m not moving huge sums around. I put about £100 a month into the space. Years ago I probably spent more than that on sports betting and no bank ever seemed bothered by it. For larger amounts, using a centralised exchange as an off-ramp is fine. But for smaller amounts, it often just is not worth the friction or cost. That is where Trustyfy has genuinely been useful for me. The Visa card makes it easy to turn my onchain assets into normal everyday spending. I’ve used it at Costa Coffee, travelled on the London Underground with it, bought a Tesco meal deal, and even used it to dispense golf balls at the driving range. Nothing flashy. Nothing sexy. Just real everyday things people would normally use a traditional bank card for. That is exactly why I like it. It makes crypto feel practical, convenient and stress-free, instead of awkward or overcomplicated.
