DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - DOESN'T WORK

I received my serene package yesterday and charged it overnight since it didn't work after the recommended 90 minute charge. It still didn't work, as in you press the button and nothing happens. Can I have a refund or a replacement. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

We're sorry, that's not the experience we want anyone to have, and it isn't something you should have to fight for. Your Sensora is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. One thing worth ruling out first, because it catches a lot of people: the device won't switch on while the charging cable is still connected. That's a built-in safety feature, not a fault. Unplug it completely, wait a few seconds, then hold the ON/OFF button for about 3 seconds. It's also worth checking the magnetic charger was properly seated, slightly off-centre and it won't have charged at all overnight. If it still does nothing, please write to us at hello@try-serene.com with your order number. We'll look at it with you and find the right solution, and if it's a defect, putting it right is on us.

I only give it a 1 star because that's the lowest I can go and write a review. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. They do not honor the return policy. I did not use the product. Opened the box, looked at it and didn't like it. Returned it to box. The return policy states a unused product can be returned. They said I opened the box so now I cannot get a refund.

DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY

Do not EVER buy from this company if privacy is important to you. The website uses the Shop app, which is notorious for giving vendors the wrong address from your stored addresses. My item was mistakenly delivered to my ultraconservative family member, who of course immediately threw it away. This company couldn't have cared less and did nothing to make the problem right, refund my money, or recognize that my privacy had been grossly violated. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Update: In reply to the comment below, no, I am not going to contact you again. I already spent a month going back and forth with your company. You WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE that Shop made a mistake and caused me severe embarrassment and harm. You just keep saying it's not your problem; it's theirs, and that's the end of it. I WILL NEVER TRUST YOU AGAIN!

HORRIBLE SERVICE

Tried to cancel after purchase - took 2 weeks to get it after attempted to cancel, then went to return and that took 2 weeks to get Tiah at hello @ try-serene. co to even give a return address only to be given and address in FRANCE - product $80, Return costs $50. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT CENTRAL TIME, NO CONTACT PHONE OR TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The item disappointed me in that it came un charged. The instructions claim it will fully charge in 90min., it will not charge, despite my attempt to leave it charge with the lights blinking for over 16hrs, yet still won't work. Attempted to reach customer service to no avail, and then trying to return, also seems impossible as following these instructions seems like bogus company!
