I could not get the item to work/ Unauthorized charges
I could not get the item to work. I also discovered unauthorized charges ($39.99 a month) on my credit card for an Academy to reach a "Dr Evans" for guidelines. I tried to cancel and was referred to an email that offered the academy and would need to scroll down and click Manage subscription. This email did not exist. I feel this was an expensive scam!

Giant Rip-off!
I tried to cancel my order 15 minutes after I sent it in because my husband didn't want the Torqueballs and I had read many bad reviews. Was advised by email that they couldn't do a cancelation but I could send them back with the return slip when I received the order. The order arrived 2 weeks later with NO return slip AND I was charged a $39.99 subscription fee that I knew nothing about! I have sent numerous emails asking for a return slip and an address to send the product to. Nothing! Five months of $39.99 charges that my Chase card reverses every month. Run, don't walk away from this joke of a company! If you're getting those monthly subscription charges that you didn't ask for, dispute them. This company is a ripoff!

I bought the item on Jan28,2026. I paid in full. I have been billed 39.99 every month since. I called and got no response. Customer service advised me to go to "manage your subscription" to cancel. This I have done. However it is difficult to find the Cancel line. It is at the bottom of the page in tiny print. You are asked in BIG BOLD LETTERS if you want to just put a hold for 30 day. Then there is lots of clear space before the cancel line shows., I got a SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED reply. I hope it is so. I am out $39.99 USD for 5 months

I’m actually rating this way below zero, what a scam! Do not buy anything from this company because they will continue to charge you & they have ignored the phone & email messages to stop charging my credit card!!!
